Custodial relationship or not
For substantial FOs and particularly for Multi Family Offices we can offer fully non-custodial solutions, keeping your money and assets with you, and keeping costs and fees low. Equally we can offer to accept your investment as a loan or via a bond, in which case the loan is fully collateralised and guaranteed.
We operate using major, global custodian organisations
Fixed yield
This can be offered where we have custody (loans, bonds). For non-custodial solutions the yield is a shared decision.
Flexibility
Solutions can be structured to run for 4 – 10 years with pre-defined exit opportunities to suit your internal planning.
