We have so far engaged in conversations with large lenders across Middle East, Asia and North America. So far we have been invited to submit final applications for about $370M worth of lending capital, following the pre-approvals we have received.

 

Looking ahead we want to engage with a broad range of funders / lenders as well as broker / dealer organisations that can bring us lenders seeking a superior cash return.

 

Debt is collateralised using either a Bank Guarantee, SBLC or through other means. Additionally, as we acquire Climate Tech asset they provide further backing.
